We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. If a pricing or product description error is discovered after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
     
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
     
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
     
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products:

  • Seasonings, sauces, and consumable goods are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
     
  • Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
     
  • Proof of damage (photo documentation) may be required.
     

Digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed.

7. Catering & Event Services

Catering agreements require:

  • A signed contract
     
  • Deposit (non-refundable unless otherwise stated in contract)
     
  • Final payment due prior to event date
     

Specific terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and minimum guest counts will be outlined in your service agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including:

At The Incredible Chefs™, we take pride in the quality and care of our products. Because many of our items are food-based or digital in nature, our return and refund policies are outlined clearly below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Food & Consumable Products (Seasonings, Sauces, Specialty Foods)

Due to health and safety regulations, all food and consumable items are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened products
     
  • Used products
     
  • Items returned due to personal taste preference
     

Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
     
  • The issue is reported within 5 days of delivery
     
  • Photo documentation of the issue is provided
     

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or replaced at our discretion.

2. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
     

If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable, but refunds are not guaranteed.

All digital products are non-refundable once access or download has been provided.

  • Downloadable recipes
     
  • Digital guides or materials

4. Catering Services & Event Orders

Catering services are governed by a separate service agreement.

General guidelines:

  • Deposits are non-refundable
     
  • Cancellations within the contracted window may forfeit all payments
     
  • Refund eligibility (if any) will be outlined in your signed catering agreement
     

No refunds will be issued for events impacted by:

  • Guest count changes
     
  • Weather conditions
     
  • Client delays
     
  • Taste preferences
     

5. Order Cancellations

Orders for physical products cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has begun.

If you believe an error was made immediately after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but cancellations are not guaranteed.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:
